SYLENG/SylEnergy & Moulton Mayers Architects wins 3-Year CDB Project in Antigua!

SYLENG along with Moulton Mayers Architects of St. Vincent & The Grenadines have been successful in winning a three (3) year contract to add an additional 58,000 sf of floor space and refurbish three (3) existing Secondary Schools in Antigua and Barbuda under the Caribbean Development Bank’s (CDB) SECOND BASIC EDUCATION PROJECT – BEP II. The Government of Antigua and Barbuda (GOAB) has received financing from the CDB in an amount equivalent to US$13,400,000 towards improving access, quality and effectiveness of education at the pre-primary and secondary levels. GOAB has applied a portion of the proceeds of this financing to this project. Services to be supplied by the Team, include full Design Engineering and Architectural Services along with Project Management and Commissioning. The project will look at best practices for these facilities with a major emphasis on green technologies and energy efficiency, an area heralded by SYLENG’s SylEnergy division.
